This hotel is a dump and the health board should be looking into who is managing this hotel and how it is running the reputation. Into the ground.
Dirty floors, stained carpets, large holes in drapes, moldy smell, mold on tub surround, mold on shower curtain, dirty sheets, no microwave or fridge, not enough towels or shampoo for 4 people, dirty kitchen, no milk or bowls for cereal, no forks for waffles or more waffle mix to Accomodate visitors, frozen bread or bagels, no butter, and managements lack to care about any of the above. This place was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

This was a horrible experience. Tired from driving at the end of the day we found this hotel far away from the main travel routes. It was a main floor on a busy side road and the window locks had been broken, We used a wood hanger to provide some security from intruders but never really slept. The breakfast offer had two small 2 person tables and very little of substance to eat. There were 3 of us around a small table which then blocked off anyone else from entering the room. Very little cereal, fruit, or anything but excuses about how hard a morning staff were having. I will no longer be booking accommodations sight unseen! My only regret is I should have snapped pictures to accompany this report. I tried for 2012 your booking site but I'm returning to Booked.net. next year.

The staff was courteous.
The facility is a dive. Everything about this motel is run down and in disrepair. You either stay ahead of the maintenance curve and keep your facility up to date or you don't. This place is dying quickly. Won't stay there again.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds had a sizable layout. The location is quite handy, right near shopping centers and easy access to the city.
The cleanliness left much to be desired. I noticed black mold around the bathtub and stained bedding with cigarette burns. Missing window screens made it difficult to enjoy fresh air without the noise from outside. I experienced disturbances from loud long-term residents and barking dogs throughout the night, quite frustrating. The locks on the windows felt insecure, as they utilized simple tabs instead of proper locking mechanisms, which could be unsettling for privacy. It felt outdated and in need of significant repair.

The location was good and perfect, just next door to old town. We stopped by Wheat Montana for coffee and treats, it was within a close distance from the hotel...

We chose the super 8 Great Falls Only 3 hours before arriving. Upon arriving they had no idea about our reservation. Took about 30 minutes to straighten things out and check in. Hotel clean but needs upgrades. Beds were terrible, squeaky and sounded like the springs were going to fly out.

Good to get to and close to shopping.
Disappointed in the staff- reservation stated a 200 check in - when we arived they said after 300pm. Room was cold, staff smoked right outside the front door, room was not very clean, sheets were very thin, place is old and shows the wear and tear. Disappointed and would not stay again.
